炎症与心力衰竭的关系是心血管领域的研究热点。单核细胞趋化蛋白-1作为重要的促炎因子之一,与心力衰竭的关系十分密切。现对单核细胞趋化蛋白-1在心力衰竭中的表达、致心力衰竭机制、抗单核细胞趋化蛋白-1与心力衰竭预后等方面进行综述。
