在调研与实际操作的基础上,对国外三种比较有代表性的图书馆自动化系统开源软件(Koha,PHPMyLibrary,PMB)进行介绍,并从基本技术特征、系统功能和技术服务三方面对这三个系统进行比较分析,以期深入理解图书馆自动化开源软件的设计理念,为开源软件在国内图书馆自动化系统建设中的推广应用提供参考。
