<正>房颤是一种常见的心律失常,非瓣膜性房颤占房颤患者的70%,为心源性栓塞的主要危险因素。据文献[1]报道,心源性栓塞预后较其他类型差,致残率及死亡率均较高。作者对连续收治的伴非瓣膜性房颤急性脑梗死患者进行回顾性研究,以分析与患者短期预后相关的预测指标。1资料与方法1.1一般资料收集2012年5月—2014年5月在本院住院的急性脑梗死患者。纳入标准:1符合1996年
