摘要
随着各种原因所致的脑损伤发病率的上升,脑损伤后的功能恢复已成为多学科研究关注的焦点。本文以脑的可塑性学说为基础,从神经细胞的改变、功能重组、功能替代、大脑皮层兴奋性改变和特殊技巧学习等几个方面,对脑损伤后的功能恢复机制进行阐述。
