摘要：

文章通过对国外创业团队研究的新进展进行分析,从创业团队合法性、网络、团队创业意图、创业团队成员更替、创业团队企业家精神等视角对国外创业团队研究新进展进行了梳理,并提出了对于中国创业团队理论研究的启示。
