百度搜索满意度和忠诚度影响因素实证研究

摘要
百度竞价排名风波引起网民对百度搜索结果的质量和真实性的质疑,文章拟在此背景下构建百度搜索满意度和忠诚度影响因素模型,通过问卷调查搜集数据,利用结构化方程建模(SEM)方法对297个百度搜索用户的样本数据进行分析,探讨用户对百度竞价排名的态度是否影响到用户对百度搜索结果真实性和质量的感知,并寻找影响百度搜索结果满意度和百度搜索忠诚度的关键因子。
