摘要：

近10年来,在联合国等国际组织的倡导下,责任投资在全球范围内快速发展。责任投资融合了伦理投资与绿色投资,它的核心驱动因素有长期价值、风险管理、客户需求、政府支持和受托责任。国际上,责任投资的"负面清单"包括环境、社会和公司治理三大领域。在短期内,改善环境或推动绿色经济成为责任投资的首要任务,具体目标体系则以《巴黎协定》为基础。对中国而言,需要积极借鉴国际经验,构建起利益相关者协同框架下的责任投资发展道路,展现"负责任"的大国形象。
