人力资本与大学生就业质量:职业认同的中介作用

摘要
利用对2013届大学毕业生调查数据,考量人力资本对大学生就业质量的影响,检验职业认同在其中的中介效应。研究结果发现:人力资本对就业满意度、起薪、人职匹配度均有显著影响,但对人组织匹配度影响不显著;职业认同在人力资本与人职匹配度之间起完全中介作用,在人力资本与就业满意度、起薪之间起部分中介作用。
