双边市场运作模式是科技公共服务平台未来发展的方向。科技服务需求方的接入对科技公共服务平台运行有重要影响。结合不同水平效用平台和科技服务需求方的理性策略行为,构建双方交往的支付矩阵,并通过演化博弈识别机会成本、总需求量、接入费用等相关因素对演化行为选择的影响。
