摘要：

目前针对非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的手术、放化疗等治疗手段临床疗效仍很不足,相应的分子靶向治疗药物随着临床抗药性的产生疗效也明显下降。自噬对肿瘤进展具有双重影响作用。在NSCLC临床治疗的各个阶段都应充分考虑自噬效应所起的作用,对其进行合理调节和利用,从而提高各种治疗手段的临床疗效。
