摘要：

目的 :探讨冠心病患者外周血白细胞粘附分子 β2 整合素 (β2 -intergrin ,CD18)和血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子 - 1(solubleintercellularadhesionmolecule - 1,sICAM - 1,CD5 4 )、血管细胞粘附分子 - 1(solublevascularcelladhesionmolecule - 1,sVCAM - 1,CD10 6 )变化及其意义。方法 :采用流式细胞仪技术检测 4 5例冠心病患者外周血白细胞CD18以及血清sICAM - 1和sVCAM - 1的表达。结果 :冠心病患者外周血白细胞CD18以及血清sICAM- 1和sVCAM - 1表达显著增加。结论 :冠心病患者外周血白细胞CD18以及血清sICAM - 1和sVCAM - 1的水平对冠心病的早期诊断具有一定的临床意义。
