摘要：

<正> 朱镕基总理在九届全国人大五次会议上所作的《政府工作报告》中明确提出:“对弱势群体给予特殊的就业援助”。目前在我国经济、社会转型时期,弱势群体的医疗、就业等社会保障问题日益突出。本文试对弱势群体的医疗保障现状作出初步分析,并就如何完善相关政策和措施提出一些对策。
