荒漠灌木根际AM真菌动态分布研究(英文)

系统研究了以色列荒漠地区两种灌木 Zygophyllum dumosum Boiss和 H ammada scoparia(Pom el) Iljin根际AM真菌动态分布。结果表明 ,季节变化和采样模式显著影响 AM真菌定殖程度。Zygophyllum dumosum的菌根最大定殖率发生在秋末 ,而 H ammada scoparia的菌根最大定殖率出现在冬初。 1999年 3月、8月和 2 0 0 0年 1月、4月菌根定殖率最低。菌丝是最丰富的菌根结构 ,干旱季节泡囊丰富 ,潮湿季节丛枝增加。土壤湿度与丛枝定殖率呈正相关 ,土壤有机质含量与菌丝、泡囊和总定殖率呈正相关。在评估荒漠生态系统时 ,菌根不同结构的定殖程度是一个十分有用的生态指标
