摘要：

盐酸右旋美托咪定是一种新型高选择性α2肾上腺能受体激动剂,具有镇静、抗焦虑、镇痛、抗交感、降低应激反应、稳定血流动力学的作用,对呼吸影响轻微,与其他镇静镇痛药物合用有良好的协同性,能明显减少其他镇痛镇静药物的用量。在用于全身麻醉的手术患者气管插管和机械通气时的镇静具有独特的优势。
