喷鼻激素布地奈德对鼻息肉组织中炎性细胞浸润的影响

摘要
目的 :观察喷鼻激素治疗对鼻息肉组织中炎性细胞浸润状况的影响 ;方法 :采用免疫组化ABC法 ,对比采用布地奈德 ( budesonide)鼻喷雾剂治疗 6~ 8周和未经治疗的鼻息肉组织 (各 1 6例 )中 ,CD3 、CD4 、CD8、CD2 0 和 CD4 5RO阳性细胞的浸润状况。结果 :喷鼻激素治疗的鼻息肉组织中 CD3 、CD4 和CD8阳性细胞的浸润程度较对照组显著下降 ( P <0 .0 1 ) ,而 CD2 0 和 CD4 5RO的浸润状况未受显著影响( P>0 .0 5)。结论 :短期 ( 6~ 8周 )喷鼻激素布地奈德治疗可影响鼻息肉组织中炎性细胞的浸润程度 ,抑制局部炎性反应。
