细菌基因分型技术方法及其评价

摘要
细菌的爆发流行是当前医院感染中的常见问题,及时地判定感染的爆发、确定感染源是控制流行和交叉感染的必要手段,现代分子生物学的理论和技术为细菌分型方法提供了可靠的保证。近来各种细菌DNA分型技术已广泛应用于临床中,本文将主要的分子生物学分型技术方法进行了简介并对其应用作一评述。
