中性粒细胞一直被认为是急性炎症反应中最后的效应细胞,其扮演者清除细胞外病原的主要角色。然而,中性粒细胞既能释放一系列细胞因子,也能在免疫反应中与各种免疫细胞相互作用,并在很多疾病的发病机制中起重要作用。
