摘要
颈部本体感受器主要包括颈深肌肌梭和颈关节机械性感受器,其传入信息形成颈本体觉,进而在平衡维持,头颈、关节位置觉及运动觉的形成与调节,眼球运动和头眼协调及肌肉交感神经活动的调节等方面发挥重要作用。诸多证据显示,颈部本体感受器的功能或器质性损害与颈源性眩晕、慢性颈源性头痛等疾病的发生发展密切相关。现对其功能的研究进展作一综述,以期对其有更系统深入的认识。
