摘要：

社会化阅读用户不持续使用现象广泛存在,阻碍了社会化阅读进程,用户不持续使用意愿影响因素值得深究。文章以期望失验理论和压力源-应变-结果框架为理论模型基础,针对图书阅读类社会化阅读APP (微信读书)的用户不持续使用意愿影响因素进行问卷调查,采用AMOS 24软件对模型假设进行验证。研究发现,负面感知绩效、不满意、使用倦怠均对用户不持续使用意愿有着显著正向影响,功能过载、社交过载、信息过载通过使用倦怠对用户不满意和不持续使用意愿产生影响。不满意作为负面感知绩效、使用倦怠与不持续使用意愿之间的中介变量,中介作用显著。
