本文综述国外对血小板活化因子(PAF)的研究近况。着重讨论 PAF 对气道反应性、支气管平滑肌、肾上腺素能受体、气道炎症及粘液纤毛运动的影响。概述 PAF 拮抗剂的临床应用前景。
