本文首先介绍国外学者对服务外包内涵界定,综述服务外包的基本概念;并对国外学者在服务外包研究方面的理论进行综述,从经济学、管理学和社会学方面进行归纳和总结;最后,对该研究领域的研究前景进行展望。
