住院病人护士观察量表评定结果分析

Objective:To investigate behavioral proble ms in psychiatric patients dur ing hospitalization.Methods:A total of 81 inpatient s were assessed by the Nurses Observation Scale for Inpatient Ev aluation (NOSIE).The co rrelation analysis was conducted on factors score of the scale and age,sex ,income course of illness.Results:Sex was significantly with factor scores on social competence,positive and pa ssive of scale.The factor scores on social competenc e, irritability,positivity and patient's illness condition were higher in male than in female,whereas the score of negativity was higher in female than in male.Conclusion:significant relationship was found was fo und between gender and behavioual problems in psychiatric inpatients.
