摘要：

为了解决基础设施项目可持续性评价指标构建中存在的问题,提出基于风险管理的可持续性评价指标的构建方法。将风险管理的方法、技术和工具引入到可持续性评价指标的识别、分类和优化中,并详细介绍具体步骤,为基础设施项目可持续性评价指标的构建提供有效的方法。
