<正> HIV 早期感染是指从 HIV 传播发生,感染建立,产生初始免疫反应到病毒载量定点（set point）建立的时期。HIV 早期感染阶段具有独特的病毒学和免疫学特征。HIV 侵入人体后,一般4～11d在外周血检出 HIV RNA,3～4周可出现急性感染的临床症状,同时 HIV 快速高水平复制,病毒水平快速上升,出现高浓度的病毒血症,HIV RNA 可以高达10～7 copies/ml[1],CD4+T 淋巴细胞下降。至感染6个月左右,CD4+T淋巴细胞回升,病毒浓度下降至在潜伏期内保持相对稳定的定点水平,同时产生细胞和体液免疫应答。早期感染阶段机体内病毒学和免疫学的改变对于以后病程的发展具有十分重要的影响。主要有:①HIV RNA 的定点水平决定 HIV 感
