摘要：

益生菌是对健康有益的活菌或活菌性膳食补充剂,具有改善肠道内环境、增强免疫和抗肿瘤等多种作用,在临床上越来越受到重视,已广泛应用于炎性肠病、手术后贮袋炎和腹泻等领域的研究,显示出良好的功效。现就益生菌的作用机制、临床应用的最新进展作一综述。
