<正> 1.前言 PCR技术应用于体外基因检测是临床诊断学上的一项重大突破,但由于传统的PCR检测易污染、假阳性率高等原因,被国家明令禁止使用于临床检验。为了克服传统PCR的上述缺点,发挥它早期、快速诊断的优点,近年来,发展了多种将传统PCR技术与其它技术结合起来的新型PCR技术,最成功的有PCR与ELISA结合的PCR-ELISA技术和PCR与荧光检测结合的荧光PCR技
