摘要：

生态工业园区 (EIP)是 2 1世纪新兴的工业组织模式 ,自提出后受到学术界和实业界的广泛关注。它强调园区成员的联系、合作和参与 ,通过物质、能量、信息等交流形成各成员相互受益的网络 ,并最终实现经济、社会和环境的协调共进。本文对EIP的理念和方法进行分析和述评 ,并提出我国工业组织改革的建议。
