基于互补资产的企业技术创新政策环境研究

摘要：

互补财务资产不足、互补人力资产缺乏、互补技术供给不足、科技中介机构服务能力较弱等互补资产的缺失是严重制约我国企业技术创新的瓶颈因素。基于此,建议政府制定和实施以下相关政策措施,激励企业利用互补资产促进企业技术创新:制定激励企业配置互补资产的税收政策;大力推进产学研合作;拓宽企业融资渠道;降低融资成本;积极促进科技中介机构发展;实施倾斜性的土地供应政策。
