戒烟新药尼古丁透皮贴剂的临床应用和评价

摘要：

尼古丁透皮贴剂是尼古丁替代疗法的一种,它以非香烟的形式,提供部分原来从香烟中获得尼古丁,而治疗量的尼古丁远远低于从香烟中的获得量,既可以减轻戒烟时出现的戒断症状,提高戒烟的成功率,又避免吸烟产生的有害物质对身体的毒害。现对该药性状、药理作用、药动学、临床应用、不良反应、注意事项、药物相互作用等做一综述。
