利益相关方角色划分是项目组织研究的重要前提,传统的基于职责功能的定性划分不能全面概括相关方属性特征。而相关方所处的网络结构位置是其属性特征和行为偏好的综合反映,所以本文以相关方在网络中的结构相似性为分类标准,结合对相关方属性的定性分析,基于CONCOR聚类进行角色分类。案例分析显示,考虑网络结构的角色划分能更全面地捕捉项目利益相关方属性特征,保证分类的客观准确。
