摘要：

<正>老年性痴呆是危害老年人健康的常见病,该病不仅给患者带来巨大的精神痛苦,也增加了家庭和社会的经济负担。随着人口老龄化的发展和老年性痴呆的患病率的增加,寻找更为有效的治疗手段是医学界的当务之急。目前临床使用安理申治疗老年性痴呆取得了一定的效果,但还不尽如人意。近几年越来越多的循证医学证据显示美金刚可减少兴奋性毒性作用
