摘要：

呼吸机所致肺损伤(VILI)是机械通气的严重并发症。VILI的发生机制复杂,表现形式多样。本文就近年文献中提出的不同类型VILI的概念和发生机制进行阐述,以期对VILI有一个更全面、更完整的认识。
