中美两国大学教师“近亲繁殖”之比较

摘要：

大学教师"近亲繁殖"曾经是美国高等院校中的普遍现象。从上世纪30年代开始,美国学者开始对这一现象进行实证研究与分析,研究内容涉及"近亲繁殖"对大学教师个体和大学组织的影响,并在研究方法上逐渐完善。本文采用中国高校教师抽样调查的统计数据,并与美国学者的部分调查结果相比较。研究发现,"近亲繁殖"现象在中美两国都不同程度地存在着,但中国大学"近亲繁殖"教师的学术产出和经济收入情况与美国差异较大。中国高校宜尽快建立起"近亲繁殖"的防范机制。
