摘要：

随着产品平台,模块化和柔性生产技术的发展,如何选择产品族产品项目,优化产品族规模成为企业面临的重要问题.通过引入产品替代性和产品效用相对距离,刻画了产品项目的变化对于消费者选择和产品族整体消费量的影响;结合产品之间的生产协作性分析了产品族成本结构;以产品族利润最大化为目标,构建了基于消费者选择和成本作用的产品族规模优化模型,并进行了数值模拟.算例结果表明:产品替代程度和生产协作程度对产品族产品项目选择有显著影响;在产品项目个数确定的情形下,未发现生产协作程度对产品项目选择的影响.
