国产丁丙诺啡的药物依赖性特性

摘要
本文对国产丁丙诺啡的身体依赖性及精神依赖性特性进行了实验研究,并与吗啡及杜冷丁进行比较。采用催促实验、自然戒断实验、替代实验和静脉自身给药实验探讨丁丙诺啡的药物依赖性。结果表明,在等效剂量条件下(相同倍数镇痛ED50),该药身体依赖性潜力低于吗啡和杜冷丁。当剂量适宜时(0.05mg/kg/次),大鼠能对丁丙诺啡产生较稳定的自身给药行为,即强化效应。大鼠还能根据给药浓度高低对其自身给药行为进行相应调节。另外还观察到,当动物对吗啡或丁丙诺啡形成身体依赖性后,动物的自身给药行为明显增强。实验中,丁丙诺啡和吗啡可以相互替代。
