摘要：

<正>骨质疏松症是最为常见的一种代谢性骨病,骨质疏松骨折,又被称为脆性骨折,常发生于低于站立体位跌倒之后。骨质疏松骨折直接导致患者急慢性疼痛,活动受限,精神受挫,与髋部骨折相关联的患者的死亡率增加了大约20%[1]。因此,以减少骨折发生风险为目的的骨质疏松治疗至关重要,但是,由于骨量丢失通常在无症状的情况下发生,甚至2/3的脊柱骨折不伴有临床症状,在诊疗中通常被忽视
