摘要：

<正> 脑卒中包括出血性及闭塞性脑血管病。研究已表明高血压是其最重要的危险因子。吸烟、肥胖、高血脂、糖尿病、心脏病等与脑卒中的相关较弱或尚无一致结论。本文就吸烟与脑卒中的关系国内外研究概况作一综述。一、吸烟对脑卒中的影响对吸烟与脑卒中的关系国内外进行了许多流行病学研究。早年的结果表明吸烟与脑卒中无显著相关,近年来越来越多更加深入的研究表明吸烟能显著地增加
