肠内免疫营养对胃癌患者术后免疫反应及预后的影响

摘要
目的研究肠内免疫营养对胃癌手术后患者免疫反应及预后的影响。方法将52例胃癌患者随机分为肠内免疫营养组(Enteral immune nutrition,EIN组)和常规肠内营养组(Enteral nutrition,EN组),分别于术后第2~8d给予等氮、等热量的肠内营养支持。于手术前1d、术后第2d和第9d分别检测IgG、IgA、IgM、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、肝肾功能、血糖及电解质,并统计住院天数及用药期间感染并发症的发生情况。结果术后第1d两组的免疫指标均较术前1d有所降低,术后第9d肠内免疫营养组IgG、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+的表达较常规肠内营养组显著回升(P<0.05)。两组在住院天数和感染并发症方面差异无显著性。结论肠内免疫营养组较常规肠内营养组能更加有效地改善胃癌患者术后的免疫功能。
