摘要：

经皮椎体后凸成形术,作为一种治疗椎体压缩性骨折疼痛的介入放射学技术,这种方法在治疗椎体压缩骨折疼痛方面取得了一定疗效,但也存在一些问题,如能否重建椎体高度及其意义,是否能降低骨水泥渗漏率,是否会诱发新的椎体骨折等,因为缺乏临床随机对照试验等循证医学依据,因而一直处在争议中。本文仅就椎体后凸成形术目前存在的这些问题进行综述,为临床应用提供参考。
