<正>骨质疏松症是引起老年人腰背疼痛的常见原因之一,骨质疏松症并发症——椎体压缩性骨折成为老年人常见病之一。以往的保守治疗方法需卧床2～3月,这不仅加速骨量的流失还可能发生卧床并发症。经皮椎体后凸成形术(percutaneous kyphoplasty,PKP)是治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折(osteoporostic vertebral compressive fracture,
