应用间接免疫荧光法从国内生殖障碍综合征猪群中检测生殖和呼吸综合征阳性抗体的研究

摘要：

建立了间接免疫荧光抗体技术(IFA),并用此技术对国内生殖障碍综合征猪群和疑似生殖和呼吸综合征(PRRs)猪群进行了血清学调查,共检测了10个地区的10个猪场,计151份血清,在其中4个地区的4个猪场99份血清样品检查出PRRs抗体阳性血清58份,阳性率为58.6%,另6个地区的6个猪场的52份血清全部为阴性,并从4头流产胎儿中分离到4株PRRSV,从而证实我国猪群存在PRRS阳性抗体和PRRSV感染。
