饮食因素对慢性萎缩性胃炎转归的影响

摘要
慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophy gastritis,CAG)是最主要的胃癌癌前病变。其发生与幽门螺杆菌(HelicobacterPylori,Hp)感染、遗传因素、环境因素和用药史等均有关。饮食因素对其转归的影响报道较少。本研究回顾性分析了3156例CAG患者饮食因素与其内镜和病理组织学转归的关系。一、对象与方法
