摘要：

二战后的国际教育挟全球化之势,在全球范围内迅猛扩展。其主要特点,首先是重心从欧洲转移到了美国,其次是联合国教科文组织的国际化活动大大推动了各国的国际教育水平,最后是新兴发展中国家的崛起改变了国际教育的原有格局,使得国际教育朝着多边主义和多元化的世界潮流前进。
