肠道菌群紊乱与2型糖尿病相关性探究

摘要
2型糖尿病是一种发病率逐年升高的代谢性疾病,其高发病率和致残率已经严重威胁人类健康,肠道菌群与2型糖尿病的发生和发展关系密切。肠道菌群紊乱可引起脂多糖含量异常、机体慢性炎症,并通过改变短链脂肪酸和胆汁酸代谢导致2型糖尿病的发生和发展。调节肠道菌群、恢复菌群稳态有望成为治疗2型糖尿病的新方法。新型肠道微生态治疗手段包括粪菌移植、减重手术,而盐酸小檗碱、益生元、益生菌、抗生素也因发现可以调节肠道菌群而应用于糖尿病的治疗。这些研究为进一步明确糖尿病的发病机制和诊疗提供新的思路。
