摘要：

吐温80是药物制剂中常用的辅料,常用作助溶剂、乳化剂和稳定剂等。过去认为吐温80在制剂中只起到赋形剂的作用,但随着近年来药理学研究的深入,人们认识到吐温80是具有一定生物和药理活性的物质,并与药物临床上出现的不良反应(advers effects,ADRs)相关。介绍和总结了吐温80的有关药理活性、药物动力学及分析方法研究进展,希望能引起医药工作者的重视,更合理的使用含有吐温80的制剂。
