摘要：

<正>酒精性肝病（alcoholic liver disease,ALD）是由于长期大量饮酒所致的肝脏疾病,初期表现为肝组织中的脂肪大量堆积,后期可进展为酒精性肝炎（alcoholic hepatitis,AH）、肝硬化甚至肝细胞癌。AH在ALD中的发病率约为10%35%,AH患者30 d的死亡率约为15%,1年死亡率可达39%,而对于重度AH而言,30 d及1年的死亡率更高（分别为30%及60%）,可造成严重的社会与经济负担[1]。除外乙醇导致的肝组织损害,AH患者肝病
