知识产权保护强度对组织创新能力影响的实证研究——基于阈值回归模型的数据分析

我国现阶段,区域间与组织间发展不平衡,知识产权保护程度的强弱对组织创新的影响也不同。借助阈值回归模型,研究检验知识产权保护强度在强、中、弱三种状态下对组织创新的不同影响。通过对289家各类组织有效调查数据进行分析,发现在强保护与弱保护情况下,知识产权保护对组织创新能力起负面作用;在中等保护情况下,知识产权保护对组织创新起积极作用。研究结果表明,知识产权保护强度与组织创新能力的关系是非单调的。
