姜黄素抗肿瘤作用的研究进展

摘要
目的对姜黄素在肿瘤生长,增殖,转移等方面的抑制作用,即其抗肿瘤作用的研究进展进行综述,为深入进行研究和促进临床应用提供参考。方法参考国内外50余篇参考文献,对姜黄素在抗肿瘤作用方面研究进展进行概述和分析。结论应用癌细胞培养以及动物模型的方法,同时加入姜黄素作用,从调控细胞周期、诱导细胞凋亡、抑制癌细胞扩散和转移、减少炎性因子合成以及对多种肿瘤治疗手段的增效作用等方面进行了简要概述和分析研究。结论已有的研究结果表明,姜黄素能够在多方面起到抗肿瘤作用,是一种值得深入研究的抗肿瘤药物。
