企业知识基础、认知距离对二元式创新绩效的影响

摘要：

从知识基础的宽度和深度两个维度探讨了企业知识基础对二元式创新绩效的影响,并分析了知识认知距离对知识基础宽度与二元式创新的调节作用。以1989～2013年电子及通信设备制造业上市公司作为研究样本,研究发现:知识基础宽度与二元式创新绩效呈倒U型关系;知识基础深度对二元式创新绩效有倒U型影响;知识认知距离对知识基础宽度与利用式创新绩效起负向调节作用,对知识基础宽度与探索式创新绩效的调节效应不显著。
