摘要：

近期研究结果表明,IL-1,IL-6,CSFs,EGF,TGF-α等细胞因子的过度表达,其受体质或量的改变及受体后信号传递通路异常可导致某些稳定细胞系增殖失控、恶性变,最终转化为肿瘤细胞。并且白血病、骨髓瘤等多种肿瘤细胞的进行性生长依赖于其自分泌细胞因子的能力。因此认为细胞因子表达调控异常可能在肿瘤发生、发展过程中起重要作用。
